Can I buy just 1 pair of sandals?
No. We only sell wholesale, pre packed cases with only one style and one color per case. No retail available.

Do you mix colors and styles?
No, we sell the cases as they come from the factory. We do not have open stock available every case will have only one color and one style.

Does the price include shipping?
No, shipping is billed separately to the customer on the invoice.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you complete your payment, shipping time will depend on your location. It takes between 1 and 7 business days for US orders, and foreign orders depend on your arrahgements with your freight forwarder / USPS.

Can I pick the sizes that will come in my case?
No, you can pick from the different break-downs available, but you can’t specify the amount of pairs per size.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. As long as there are no governments regulations that denies access to Chinese products. For the Caribbean, and Central and South America we recommend that our customers use a company that works with their countries.

What is your shipping cost?
Shipping will depend on weight, the amount of cases and the destination. We prefer to quote shipping based on actual information.

SHIPPING RATES

Please note that we will do our best to provide the lowest possible shipping cost to you. We have teamed up with several freight companies in order to bring you the best rate available. We ship frequently to customers from countries such as Canada, European countries, Australia, and Japan; therefore our shipping rates are very competitive. Due to the complication of calculating rates for international shipment (Size, Dimension Weight, Actual Weight, Geographic Location, etc...) the rates displayed for shipping are only estimates as we should be able to lower the cost once the items in your order are picked and packed. We will also utilitize US Postal Service if the cost is lower. You can also arrange for your own pickup/delivery if you prefer. Do you drop ship?
Yes, we do but only pre packed cases. Must make direct payment either by Wire Transfer or a Bank Deposit. 

Do you accept Pay pal?
No, we do not have Pay pal. We accept payment with Credit Cards but do not require payment online; we will contact you with a final amount including shipping before we request payment.

Can I pay with Credit or Debit Card?
We accept cards only from USA and Puerto Rico prior verification of address and CVV (security code). For foreign orders we only accept wire transfer.

What are your policies for returns?
We only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturer’s defects. Customer must do claim no later than 7 days from shipping date. Returns must have a RTV # & returned merchandise credit is for merchandise only.

As small as I Carton of sandals, up to container loads.

We only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturer’s defects. Customer must do claim no later than 7 days from shipping date. Returns must have a RTV # & returned merchandise credit is for merchandise only. 
Private label/ your own custom designs of your merchandise is possible.

Yes, we can manufacture any fashion accessories, as long as it is legal to do so. Contct us for the minimum requirement, as this varies by item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, with confirmed address, Cashier check/Money order, and Wire Transfer Please note that we no longer accept COD as a payment method, unless you are an
established customer; however we only accept Money Order or Cashier Check for those C.O.D. All first time buyers have to prepay or give a credit card with the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship worldwide, but please be aware of the relatively high cost of shipping. We have contracts withFedex that can offer you more discounts than other carriers If US Postal Service is still cheaper thanFedex we will definitely use USPS to ship your products instead.
